For almost two decades, I worked across the world in the United Nations, leading teams, navigating complex crises, and helping shape global development efforts. I’ve seen firsthand how the right leadership and the right opportunities can change lives. But I’ve also seen incredible talent struggle to break through, not because they lacked skills, but because they lacked access, confidence, or guidance on how to present themselves at the right moment.

That realization led me to coaching.

I believe talent should speak louder than privilege. My mission is to help people unlock their full potential—whether they are striving for leadership roles, transitioning careers, or simply seeking clarity on their next step. I specialize in interview coaching, helping clients build confidence, excel in career and leadership transitions, and step into roles where they can make a real impact.

My approach is built on deep experience, honesty, and a belief that you already have what it takes. I’m not here to give you a script or tell you what to do. I’m here to help you find your own path, articulate your strengths, and step into your next opportunity with confidence.

Beyond coaching, I’ve built a life around exploration, creativity, and connection. I split my time between Portugal, the Middle East, and Canada where I surf, travel, golf and dream about starting a small café or organic farm. After years of global work, I’ve chosen to focus on what truly matters: helping people follow their dreams and build a career—and a life—that feels authentic and fulfilling.
