Career coaching with me is about much more than choosing your next move—it’s about designing a career and life that align deeply with who you are. Using the Co-Active Coaching model, we’ll explore your goals through a holistic lens, focusing not just on what you do, but who you want to be.
We’ll start by uncovering your core values, those essential elements that bring you meaning, energy, and fulfillment. From there, we’ll explore your life purpose—not as a fixed destination, but as a guiding light that can shape your decisions and direction. Along the way, we’ll identify and challenge the inner saboteurs—the self-doubt and limiting beliefs that often stand between us and the lives we truly want.

Typical Career Coaching Programme
Career coaching is a personal and evolving journey. A typical coaching engagement lasts five or more sessions and can span a few months to much longer, depending on your goals, pace, and the depth of exploration you want. Each session builds on the last, helping you gain clarity, shift perspective, and take meaningful action.

1. Mining Your Values
We begin by uncovering the values that matter most to you—the principles and motivators that give your life meaning. These serve as the foundation for every career decision and help align your work with who you really are.
2. Exploring Life Purpose
We’ll explore your deeper purpose—not in a lofty or rigid way, but as a compass that points toward a life and career that feels fulfilling, energizing, and impactful. This part of the process often brings surprising clarity and renewed motivation.
3. Identifying Key Personas
We look at the different roles and identities you hold or aspire to—from leader, creator, and changemaker to parent, partner, or explorer—and how these inform your career path. This helps ensure your goals reflect your full, multidimensional self.
4. Addressing Saboteurs
We all carry inner critics and limiting beliefs that hold us back. We'll name them, understand how they operate, and build strategies to reduce their influence so you can move forward with greater freedom and self-trust.
5. Plotting Next Steps
With this deeper clarity in place, we’ll define tangible goals and next steps—whether that’s a career change, a transition into leadership, launching a project, or simply feeling more fulfilled in your current role. We’ll break these down into practical, actionable steps that keep you moving forward.
