Interview Coaching

What to Expect from Interview Coaching

My interview coaching sessions are designed to help you build the confidence, clarity, and structure needed to perform at your best when it matters most. We start by identifying areas for improvement and mining your past experiences to find powerful, relevant examples that showcase your strengths. Together, we’ll build a solid structure for answering questions so you can stay focused, clear, and impactful under pressure.

With nearly 20 years of experience on both sides of the interview table, I’ve found that we can often anticipate the majority of questions you’re likely to face—especially for roles within the UN, INGOs, diplomatic settings, or the private sector. For the few that are less predictable, we’ll develop strategies to stay composed and respond with confidence.

Interviewing is a skill, and like any skill, it can be practiced and strengthened. It’s all about building the muscle to deliver answers that are not only clear and complete, but that resonate with your panel and showcase your value.

Time and time again, I’ve taken people from dreading their interview to genuinely feeling excited about it—confident in their ability to pitch their value and communicate their skills with clarity and impact.
